Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unlit, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Original Packaging: It must be in its original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of our products, opened or partially used items cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Items that have been opened or used. Products purchased on clearance, final sale, or using special promotional discount codes. Gift cards.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error or shipping mishap. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please contact us immediately at info@cocoburnz.com with clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Recommendation: If you are shipping items over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
